My husband and I knew we wanted to go on some kind of cruise and we wanted it to be around Spain. That’s about it. Elisa was amazing! She checked in with our group from the time we booked our cruise until the day we got on the ship (she was even on vacation) to make sure our questions were answered and we had everything we needed. Someone from our group has a lot of food allergies and Elisa checked to make sure they could accommodate her. And turned out they could and the staff went over and above to make sure she had gluten and dairy free meals at all times. Thank you again and will be booking our next cruise with you! Elisa is amazing!! She has helped us with two separate trips to Europe - England/Ireland and Italy. Based on her experience, she was and continues to be able to provide hotel and tour options, along with route planning. We used Elisa, with Cruise Planners, for our family trip to Europe. Elisa was wonderful! She took care of everything, including the cruise, offering many choices once she got to know us, air tickets, hotel rooms before and after the cruise and all the travel arrangements. Pre arranged rides always showed up on time, and she even booked a train excursion to Madrid for us. Very knowledgeable. She knows Europe very well and gave great advice on things to do. Elisa and Cruise Planners took care of ALL of the details, big and little, for our amazing 10 day Norwegian cruise with extra time in Rome. When a local transportation strike had us nervous about getting home, Elisa went above and beyond, truly out of her way, to ensure we would be supported and taken care of. This review comes a little late, but no less genuine. Chose Elisa because she was a cruise planner in Long Beach near me. Angela and I wanted to do an Italy/Greece cruise, offer it to our friends and family, but didn't want to be the planner. Contacted Elisa and she quickly began working with us. She has been the contact person for everyone interested in joining us and has made herself available for our litany of questions.
Then, in late March, my siblings and I got our mom to agree to go on an Alaskan cruise in June. I reached out to Elisa and she quickly got our cruise booked for all of us. She was giving us regular COVID regulation updates and necessary information to assist us in having a smooth boarding process and guided us through booking our excursions and dinner reservations. We were novices and her help/information alleviated our anxieties. We really appreciated all her help and appreciate her continued help and support she gives us as we get ready for our upcoming Italy/Greece cruise in July 2023. Elisa is absolutely amazing!! My 11 year old son and I were first time cruisers so we had a ton of questions. Elisa was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, funny, and upbeat. She walked me through literally everything and was available to answer all my questions and concerns. We would have been lost without her!! She made sure we had an amazing trip. Elisa was, in all honesty, a goddess-send! We had a multi-city trip floating aroundin our brains and Elisa brought it to fruition. We told her: Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Paris. A friend was getting married in France but we were traveling a couple weeks beforehand. Within days, Elisa had our trip planned and perfectly orchestrated. My travel partner and I are smart women who are well-traveled but we just needed a little assistance with this particular excursion. Elisa delivered…in spades.
I’ve never used a travel agent/specialist because I’m pretty savvy and I can figure my own travel plans out. This time around, though, was just a little too much and I cannot think Elisa enough for all of the hard work she put into our arrangements. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Her preparations were especially useful and I was so appreciative that I had someone on the other end who coordinated all of the fine points.
We did 22 tours in 14 days. Three countries and each one was filled with fantastic hotels, private cars, and amazing tours. We can’t thank Lisa enough for all of her hard work. She is especially personable, knowledgeable and experienced. We highly recommend you get whatever you can from Elisa. We hope she plans your next excursion. We had the best experience booking a 5 day Cruise to Mexico with Elisa! She coordinated a last minute travel on a desirable new cruise ship quickly and effectively.
